What counts as peak hours?
Weekdays after 5 p.m., weekends, and public holidays. Everything else is off-peak.
How do Pack Hours bookings work?
Only one person books the court using their account.
That person pays for the full court using Pack Hours credits, even if other players are members or non-members. No need to add other players for payment. Just book the court under one name.
If you want to change a booking or fix a mistake, go to the front desk and the team will adjust it for you.
Can I play without being a member?
Yes, walk-in rate per session ($48 peak / $40 off-peak), or per person in a group of 4 ($12 / $10). 3-day booking window. Access and Access+ packs are also open to non-members and offer the best benefit with discounted & shareable hours.
How many players fit on a court?
6 of the 9 courts accommodate up to 6 players, for even more savings when you come in a group.
How do I book?
How are taxes applied to Pack Hours?
Prepaid hours are displayed before tax. Taxes are applied when credits are used for bookings. This means the actual playable time may be slightly lower than the total hours purchased.
